 Hi everyone! I am Luna and I bring in this lovely serial killer here. Have Beyond "B" Birthday from the Death Note novel prequel Another Note.
He's a cute little thing... No, wait, he isn't. He might like shoujo manga a great deal and eat sweetest jam, but that's where the sweet starts and ends.
He's a deeply messed up human being, with a complex, controversial mentality.  And I've taken him from after the novel's main plot. Meaning he has already been burned alive... but unfortunately survived. And that also has the result that his mental state is... pretty bad. He might be less strict about privacy than before (his name has already been out in the open after all, so have his killings), but that doesn't mean he's easy to get through to.

And he has an ability that requires permissions. If you could fill this out I'll give you jam-coated cookies.

Yeah... what more can I say. I haven't been playing this guy for a while, even though he was my main muse, and this is my first time using this canon point. Be gentle and point out if I do something wrong?
