so hey, it's mado/luna/yuki/elgala-mun with yet another weirdo obscure dude.

this is BLACK WALTZ NO. 3, a badass and tragically short-lived villain from very early on in FFIX.

his primary reason for existing is to recapture garnet from zidane, and bring her back to the queen in alexandria. unfortunately he was just a prototype, and was too overpowered to keep any firm grasp on his sanity.

he is awesome for a number of reasons, the first being that he gets no less than two FMVs entirely to himself, is incredibly evil, and despite exploding he still manages to stop a train with garnet inside-- a whole disc later. how boss is that, seriously?

anyway he's just going to wander around being really grumpy and arrogant and maybe set fire to some stuff for fun.
